The deal was between Gene and Gendarme. No girl in the office at RCCH. Folks in the office at the TA would not disclose this information and neither would the SEC.
Sounds like more Gene fairy tales!!
Gene made the DEAL to DUMP billions of shares to Gendarme. Gendarme never did anything but DUMP shares.

The SEC verified the deal.
