Did you read the document? Looks like those shares were awarded automatically as Restricted Stock Units until separation from service as director. The shares cant be cashed in until he moves to another position. It appears this form was generated to reflect his current previously-granted RSUs with different vesting and payment terms. Without his employment contract its impossible to comment on how or when these shares are divvied out. In effect they are correcting any error in stuff he's already received.
