Sadly, perhaps the issue lies in the fact that people can SAY anything...

I would HOPE that anyone with knowledge of wrong doing by ANY party;
reported that wrong doing to the authorities.
Unfortunately, we all must face that it is possible that did not occur.

Or maybe it did, BUT...

As I've said before, the SEC takes an incredible amount of time to act;
and sadly they are under the same budget restraints affecting much of the government.
Everyone here is well aware of my attempts to see Schissler pay for what I believe is wrong doing on his part.
I recently talked to a SEC employee about my issues...
He was struggling because I asked him if the SEC just did not care about what they might see as LESSER infractions...
Of course he was in a tight spot there...what could he say?
I FEEL the gist of what he tried to tell me, with out coming right out and SAYING IT (because how COULD he actually say this!)
is that the SEC has to focus/allocate their funds/resources in a way to gain maximum impact...

So what would that mean for me or the BORK shareholders???
I think it means we are pretty far down the list...

I still have faith that someday I will have the satisfaction of justice being done...
and I certainly hope that the BORK shareholders will have that satisfaction too.

Remember that getting away with wrong doing once or twice, leads to over confidence...
Over confidence leads to people getting sloppy...
Getting sloppy leads to getting caught.

Just follow the players!!! Even if the players do not pay for THIS...
WILL IT MATTER, AS LONG AS THEY ULTIMATELY PAY FOR SOMETHING???

For me it doesn't matter.
So I will keep sittin', waitin', and turning over rocks.
Karma/Justice/Whatever you want to believe in will someday catch up to the CREEPS and bite them in the @$$...
