Hey everyone, just a quick question, what effects does the authorize shares, the outstanding shares and the float have on a stock's share price? I'm new to trading, and I've tried googling it, but all I found were explanation of what a/s, o/s and float means. Any help would be appreciated. I've seen other posters on other boards to buy or sell purely because of low or high o/s, floats, and am interested in knowing why.
