There IS A CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE FOR $700,000.00???????? DEATH SPIRAL FINANCING!!! NO WONDER THIS WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE! I thought all you people who did your DD said the company diluted 2.5 billion shares so they did not have to get financing through a CD???? THIS IS BAD, BAD NEWS!!! Is the financier CORNELL??? WOW, I SURE WISH SOMEONE WOULD OF SAID SOMETHING EARLIER ABOUT THIS HUGE 'FLOORLESS' FINANCING!!!
