I am going to post the reply of two emails i have gotten today from scottrade... Both are from today when I asked what the vol was at the EOD...

You will want to go through these settings below to make sure that there isn't any software that is filtering any stock information which will display as incorrect information such as the volume of this stock.If updating the version of Java on your machine did not work there are other common issues that could cause the difficulties you are experiencing. These include pop-up stoppers, firewalls, routers, and Windows XP Service Pack 2.

We are showing the Volume as 46,804,142 on all of our trading platforms. If you are still not seeing the correct data, you may need to open Port 443 on all firewalls and routers. You will want to contact the manufacturer of these products for details on how to do this. Examples of firewalls include McAfee, Norton Internet Security, Black Ice, Freedom, and Zone Alarm. Examples of routers include LinkSys, D-Link, and U.S. Robotics.
