According to public information on the share structure. 3,534,357 restricted shares have had their legends removed and made free trading. From inquiries by several shareholders, the company stated that 2M shares were currently held by "friendly" parties. We also know that approx 1M shares were given to Optin Investors, most likely out of the 3M block. The 534,357 share block was most likely held by non-affiliates involved in the merger transaction. We know these shares had a restricted issue date of Nov 2007. Under Rule 144, for non-affiliates, these shares were eligible for removal of the restrictive legend 12 months after issuance, hence the Dec 2008 date.
