From yesterday...for those who missed it...


First of all, I was very impressed with Shawn's enthusiasm for the company.
We discussed the share structure, company background and direction.

Here are some highlights..

- Company has NO interest in selling shares at these levels (emphatic). In Shawn's own words:
"Based on my conversations with Earl (Switenky, Chairman) the company has no interest in
selling shares..not even at 50 cents!" So the company really believes share value will be much, much higher.
(Don't forget...14 million held by insiders.) He said this is "Earl's baby" and they've worked
VERY hard to get this far. They have no intention on destroying the company with any financing
that could hurt the Company or it's shareholders.

- Now that testing is final, the company is actively seeking manufacturers for their purification unit.

- We can expect a "stream of PRs" in the future. He could not divulge info in regards to timeframe.

- The company forsees their product being utilized in "water recycling" applications. We discussed how
Vegas hotels already have to do this now because of the shortage of water. There are rules in place that
dictate percentages of shower water, sink water, etc. that must be purified and recycled.
We should not be boxed into thinking that these units will only serve in emergency situations.
Their goal is to have them used in every day situations such as this.

That's about it.

After speaking with him, I really believe we stumbled on a great company with great potential.
