I just got off the phone with Mr Meeks and he informed me that USCI is (dead) his words. He said he is very sorry for the collapse but, the people who had agreed to purchase some of the units had not followed through with their end( no deposits, no equipment). It did not work out with the marketing people and he had some bad management in place. He said he is starting something new and would "try" to offer something to the shareholders of USCI with it. He is not sure how but to check back with him at a later date for more information. This is a general gist of our conversation.
