The only thing that tells me there has to be some accountability for the shares and they can't just fold up is that every company (person) on the pinks could just do it (sell shares they don't have, do RS's, FS's with no reprecussion)....There has to be some regulation even for the pinkies....

If you have a margin call you can't just take your money left and bolt and the NASD say that's OK no problem...
