They screwed up, they owe delivery of shares now, how they do it is their problem, I will not discuss possible solutions to aid these morons a way out on this thread. They reverse split the original stuckholders out by pulling off the 6.5/3MM RS/FS. They, wanted to screw them out of this next reverse merger play of theirs, and ended up with a nice mess for them to take care of.
