buffetguy: SafeNet has developed TCG compliant IP for the embedded market. Within single chip implementations of the ARM core with the "TrustZone" security extension the TPM is or can be a software instantiation.

I believe SafeNet will provide the virtual TPM in such implementations. Although Wave could write a TPM applet - they have done so on the E2100 - I believe it is not the company's goal to do so.

Like in the PC space Wave will however provide the trust infrastructure to feed the mobile, virtual TPM.
