CortDev Inc. was originally privately incorporated as a Canadian federal incorporation on September 5th, 2003 as 6135919 Canada Inc. It was incorporated under the legal name of Developpements Cortdev and its corporate office is 6525 DeCarie Blvd. Suite 208, Montreal, PQ. With respect to the St. Hubert Airport project , negotiations are in progress with numerous tenants (e.g. conference organizers and hospitality companies) and aviation-related businesses. The gross amount of these contracts is estimated to be over $3 million.
CortDev Inc. projects revenues of approximately $3.5 million in 2004 and $7.5 million in 2005, by which time it expects to be profitable. DTI is a provider of innovative and effective biometric solutions and products for commercial use. A corporate website is currently under construction at the following address, www.digitalustech.com. DTI specializes in advanced fingerprint technology and its applications in the public sector. Dividend:
CDVJ recently announced 2 separate dividend dates which were April 9th and May 19th. There is much confusion as to what is happening with the dividend. According to the CEO Andrea Cortellazzi and the transfer agent, Bill Little, CDVJ will honor both of those dividend dates. So, if you owned CDVJ shares at the close of business on April 9th you will receive a dividend of 1 CSJJ share for every 100 shares of CDVJ you owned on that date.
If you sold after that date and then repurchased shares that had a settlement date of May 19th then you will receive a second dividend.
For those of you who owned shares on April 9th and held onto those shares through May 19th you will also receive a double dividend.
The transfer agent mentioned that we should receive our CSJJ dividend shares in approximately 30 days.
The dividend shares are restricted for one year.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 2004--ProActive Computer Services Inc. (PAVP: Pink Sheets) today is pleased to announce that it has finalized the acquisition of Coastal Holdings, Inc. (CSJJ: Pink Sheets). CSJJ is a debt-free public shell that is in good standing with no past or present legal problems with the SEC. In addition, all transfer and minute book records are up-to-date. Due to these qualities, CSJJ is a prime candidate to attain OTC Bulletin Board status in the near term. In a special meeting of the board of directors, Mr. Andrea Cortellazzi has been appointed the new chairman and CEO of the company. Andrea's goal is to transform CSJJ into a viable holding company that will invest in leading-edge and innovative technologies. Dividend:
CDVJ recently announced 2 separate dividend dates which were April 9th and May 19th. There is much confusion as to what is happening with the dividend. According to the CEO Andrea Cortellazzi and the transfer agent, Bill Little, CDVJ will honor both of those dividend dates. So, if you owned CDVJ shares at the close of business on April 9th you will receive a dividend of 1 CSJJ share for every 100 shares of CDVJ you owned on that date.
If you sold after that date and then repurchased shares that had a settlement date of May 19th then you will receive a second dividend.
For those of you who owned shares on April 9th and held onto those shares through May 19th you will also receive a double dividend.
The transfer agent mentioned that we should receive our CSJJ dividend shares in approximately 30 days.
The dividend shares are restricted for one year.

(CSJJ: Pink Sheets), Management has decided to extend the date of eligibility for investors to receive shares of CSJJ. Buyback:

We have not heard much on this issue recently from the CEO. The transfer agent Bill Little mentioned that CDVJ has made an offer on an OTC shell and he is awaiting to hear back from them. He mentioned that CDVJ has done all it can to make the deal happen and its upto that OTC shell to do its part. You will notice below that in a past press release CDVJ formerly known as PAVP made the statement of " a recently acquired OTC shell". I am sure a valid explanation will be found once the question is posed to the CEO.
