Joew99, to make BLDV clearer to see…

I thought about the answer I gave you a few days ago below:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=29312539

Those thoughts still apply, but to further add for simplification, consider below to help you understand fully the magnitude as to how this BLDV situation will be different from your ordinary reverse merger and be as I had posted earlier explaining how CKEC had gone from the pinks, then to the OTCBB, and on to the NASDAQ which is where it currently trades today.

Example: With having 1,000,000 BLDV shares at a 1 to 5 ratio, your 1,000,000 BLDV shares would equate to 1,000,000 ÷ 5 = 200,000 shares, but at a $4.00 per share minimum bid requirement and not at a .006 x 5 = .03 per share price. BLDV’s price goes away and takes on the affects of the higher OTCBB stock that it would be reverse merging ”upwards”into which is the entity that would be ”going back” to the NASDAQ.

So, your 200,000 shares would transform to look more like...

200,000 x $4.00 = $800,000 in value

***********************************************************************

AND NOT...

200,000 x .03 = $6,000 in value

***********************************************************************

So…

$800,000 ÷ $6,000 = 133 times to reach equilibrium point

This means that the price for BLDV to trade to reach its point of equilibrium before reverse merging is at…

133 x .006 = .798 per share

This matches an earlier valuation piece I posted earlier. Again, really really really read in detail and understand these posts below (and an upcoming “Compare & Contrast” post):
