ARTIFICIAL LIFE SIGNS LICENSE DEAL WITH FAMOUS GERMAN SOCCER CLUB: FC BAYERN MUNICH

Hong Kong, April 14, 2008 - Hong Kong based Artificial Life, Inc. (OTC BB: ALIF) a leading full service provider of award winning mobile technology and applications, today announced the signing of two license agreements with Germany's leading soccer club FC Bayern Munich.

FC Bayern Munich was founded in 1900 and is based in Bavaria, Germany. FC Bayern Munich is one of the most successful clubs in football history in the world and Germany’s best known soccer club. It has won: 2 world cups for club teams, 4 European Champions League titles, 1 UEFA Cup title, 1 European Cup Winners' Cup title, 20 national championships and 13 German Cups. FC Bayern München e.V. is a membership based club and with over 140,000 members, the third largest in the world. The professional team is externalized in a stock corporation (FC Bayern München AG). This stock corporation is owned 90 percent by the membership based club and 10 percent by adidas AG.

Several Bayern Munich players have won European Player of the Year awards; Gerd Müller (1970), Franz Beckenbauer (1972 and 1976, who is also the current chairman of the club) and Karl-Heinz Rummenigge (1980 and 1981, the current CEO). Several Bayern players have been named German Footballer of the Year, winning 16 titles, more than any other club. Gerd Müller has been the season's top goalscorer in the German Bundesliga 7 times, even winning the Golden Boot for the top goalscorer in any European league twice.

The current squad consists of such famous players as: Oliver Kahn, Franck Ribery, Luca Toni, Miroslav Klose, Lucio and Ze Roberto. Ottmar Hitzfeld is the current coach of the club. He is the most successful Bayern coach of all times. He will hand over his responsibilities in July 2008 to Juergen Klinsman, also a famous former player of the club and former coach of the German national soccer team during the world cup of 2006.

Artificial Life has signed two license agreements with the club. The first agreement covers the rights to develop a series of mobile games, the second is for SMS Galaxy and special live interactive mobile entertainment formats for the Allianz Arena, the clubs famous stadium, to entertain the fans during the half-time breaks of the games.
