FFGO chart of 05/16/08 @ Mkt Cls.
Another day another viewing of FFGO today….L=^)
Although the chart capturing was initiated at about noon today, actual selling (or dumping) is captured to have begun about 15:56:32 (3:56:32) or about 4 minutes before market closed for the day…=).......(Volume "today" over 150 million)--WOW! and still trading in sub-pennies
And once again, a FAT PIG load of what appears to be SELLS have executed even though there were NO BUYERS listed in the Bid column -LOL!
I really got to find who in Cyber-Hell is doing this!..-LOL!… to actually sell over what appears to be 100,000,000 shares (100 million) shares in less that 4 minutes –LOL!.. TO … buyers who don’t exist!
-LOL!………..Cool!……….LOL!
Lets see if I can add this up right, 100e+6/shares x .0001/pps = $10,000/dollars……..>6^p
So in 4 minutes, someone “sold” (or pocketed)…=)……. $10,000 of shares?
The seller of that quantity of shares gained in 4 minutes what most people can budget up in 4 years….LOL!
Is there a Market Geek who found a way to HACK the market?…-LOL!
-found a way to get rich selling PIG loads of shares to “Phantoms”? –LOL!
I’ll assume that I’m simply lacking valid market understanding for why these multiple sales (to no one) have occurred. –LOL!….>8^}………..-LOL!
On the other hand, the chart to the right have a host of Markers/Graphs for this FFGO stock and are ALL being studied extensively by yours truly……..ME…}=^)
I’m sorry yall, I just get a kick out of playing with the market,,, actually I find it quite amusing…LOL!

If I might restate a PR released this week by FFGO;

Fortress Financial Group, Inc. -- Confirmation of Acquisitions, Fortress Financial Group,
Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FFGO) confirms that all acquisitions being negotiated by the
Company are on track for completion and all of these Agreements are now being
completed by the various Attorneys involved in these multiple transactions and
acquisitions. The delays have been caused by "Regulatory hurdles" as a number of these
companies being acquired by the Company are regulated in various States and on a
Federal level. It is hoped that the majority of the "first round" of these acquisitions, which
will cement the "Company's base" in the Consumer Finance Sector; will be announced
within the next seven days along with the various filings with the SEC.

I know some else printed this already but, if Federal “Regulatory Hurtles” are the causes of the delay, then, what are the hurtles? And, what are the requirements to resolve these Hurtles and When is the likely resolution date? -Not knowing what these Hurtles are leaves it open-ended….>8^}
The last paragraph of the above PR states that in the next seven days, the "first round" of acquisitions, which will cement the "Company's base" in the Consumer Finance Sector; will be announced. –Excluding the date of this PR, (05/13/08) I’ll assume the “NEXT” seven “Business” days, starting from (05/14/08), which puts us now in day “3” of “7”….>8^p
Therefore we should expect an announcement (PR), by 05 /22-23/ 08, -WITH various filings with the Securities and Exchange Commissions (SEC).
From what I’ve studied so far, the announcement of SEC filings, is an area worth considering, especially for pinksheet.
This is a start in the right direction if a Pinkie intends on being promoted from out of the Pink-List, to OTC BB where they’ll likely be in view of Mainstream investors whose involvement(s) may likely send this PPS into the 4th dimension. (when compared to where it is trading at now)
BUT—however possible, with all my self-imposed prognostications, right now it’s just pure speculation. ..>8^}
Through it all, I’ve waited this “long”..and will continue to do so.. I look forward for the day when after viewing my portfolio, I run into a moment of low Oxygen at the sight of a higher than normal New Value, (rather than from a string of fowl languages) ..>8^}
I’ve since flagged my account to notify me when FFGO goes to .0003..=)
