Pinnacle surpasses $100M

Pinnacle China Advisers has raised $100.6 million from 72 investors for its Pinnacle China Fund, according to a regulatory filing. The Plano, Texas-based firm lists Kitt China Management, Barry Kitt, Halter Financial Investments and Timothy Halter as beneficial owners. The filing lists the firm’s business as an “investment partnership,” but the people involved have a background in reverse mergers.
