imen.pk is bing acquired by txtg.pk (1 2 10 share exchange)

txtg.pk is now weru.pk

weru.pk is at 0.08

now according 2 weru.pk's 8k, they paid avacom 100 million 2 acquire their ip technology.

"Under the APA, Avacom sold all of its rights in the IP to Textechnologies for a total amount of $105,000,000.00 (One Hundred Five Million USD). This amount is payable in a combination of cash and stock in the company."
