People here mention names very loosely without understanding the consequences. It is easy to point the finger and accuse others when the person making the accusations is the faulty individual. Raphael Huppe is the inly person who is guilty of wrong doing in this file. He has continually lied to investors and has engaged in very fraudulent activities within his public company. The names he is mentioning over this board through third party posting is another example of the amatureness and ruthlessness of Huppe. The article from LaPress was not being watched by any American because why would anyone even be looking for something that nobody was aware of in the first place. Therefore my conclusion is another leak from Huppe to some of his IHUB friends to leak the french paper info on the board in order to defend and re-route the attention from the very guilty individual..............himself HUPPE!

The old shareholders of this shell would have been long gone if we were to logically evaluate the sequences of event. Therefore what is the explanation of the tremendous amounts of shares being dumped over the past few months. What about hundreds of thousands of dollars that Huppe personally received from investors in return for shares and has not yet delivered the stock as was agreed. More specifically 1.5 million approximately was given to Huppe to finance his project in exchange for shares. Bizzare how there is no filing of such documents with the SEC. Raphael has played a very dangerous game from day one and his day is about to come.

Maybe we will see Huppe in one of the next interesting news in local Montreal papers and that would be something very relevant to post on this board. Stop the games Raphael and do what a CEO is suppose to do at least before you go to jail. Stop watching cartoons on your new 50 inch plasma that you installed in your office. I know you are paranoid these days and that is very evident with all the security features that you have installed in your office. Also, recording and privacy violations are a criminal offence so my suggestion is that you stop those practises at ounce.

Focus on delivering anything but nonsense so we can get our money back in this horror story. The rest will resolve itself including your destiny!
