Is the TA gagged? If so would you consider removing the gag?

I think this is information should be available, the TA came with the shell, when I took it over they asked if I had any special instructions, I told them no.

To be honest at the moment I have never instructed them to withold information from shareholders.

Call them tomorrow, if they are, can change that, we are considering changing to a local one anyways.

We are an open book here, and we are not selling shares period.

Let me know what you find out and if need be I will change it asap.

I am very busy these days, EXTREMLY BUSY, and ask that if one of the shareholders would look into this and let me know, I will respond accordingly asap.

I understand your concerns this is a very good point to address, please confirm with the transfer agent asap.
