Below is the NASDAQ Initial Requirements chart that shows what is required for BLDV to meet for trading on the NASDAQ. I believe this is important for everyone to help better understand some perspectives in an upcoming post of how such is suppose to transpire.
I was informed by Quincy, the BLDV CEO, that all of these NASDAQ Initial Requirements will be met for BLDV to trade on the NASDAQ by BLDV reverse merging into an OTCBB stock that was recently delisted then that OTCBB stock would immediately meet the below NASDAQ Initial Requirements and to include maintaining the minimum bid requirement of $4.00 per share. I was informed that after BLDV places its Biodiesel company that it has acquired into the OTCBB company, it would more than meet the Equity requirements too.
