Just the value of SIVC's ENHD shares is worth .002-.004 per share or more imho.

Four deals closed by year end

just the stock SIVC holds in those four deals would make SIVC worth .016 per share. That's just the stock they own, SIVC the company is easily worth 3-5 times the value of those shares. That's why I feel so strongly SIVC is a .05-.10 stock. Throw in the dividend mania we all know is coming our way and SIVC could be .15-.20

Then on top of those price projections for SIVC we could go higher than that because of.....

this....
"Our participation in the successful close of the Chuming transaction significantly increased our profile in China, and we continue to see a consistent flow of potential clients for Redwood Capital to consider."

"Redwood Capital now has three active reverse merger clients in China and is considering several additional candidates.

received a financing commitment, which results in the S3 being fully funded for 2008 and is implementing a strategy by which the company will apply for reinstatement to the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) market. The funding covers all corporate expenses for the 2008 calendar year and would eliminate the need for any equity transactions to finance S3 operations for the year.

Deal flow builing a pipeline to close one deal every quarter.

ENHD deal closed in January 2008(1st quarter)

Changzhou HaiJai Metallurgical(Looking for deal to close in 2nd quarter 2008)

Wuhan International Trade College(Looking for this deal to close in 3rd quarter of 2008)

Perfect timing now to sign another new client from China. This deal should close in fourth quarter of 2008. Shandong Yiteng Chemical as New Reverse Merger Client announced 4/16

This would insure four deals for 2008. Four closed mergers, four stock dividends to us. Tons of assets and cash going on to SIVC balance sheet.
