Mgland, with those awesome links...

Thanks as that helps me to see things a little clearer for some more questions I will ask him about. He told me that we are definitely going to the NASDAQ because I thought he was getting the OTCBB mixed up with the NASDAQ so I had to make sure.

The reason I initially queried him about going to the NASDAQ was because in a PR months back, the PR mentioned going to the NASDAQ while the last PR stated… “The company anticipates moving to another exchange following acquisition of its facility.” He told me that they are definitely going to the NASDAQ and now I better understand what he explained.

He explained to me that BLDV will be reverse merging into a company that has recently gotten delisted from the NASDAQ because of not meeting certain requirements and was forced to go down to trading on the OTCBB. "NOW" I think he meant “biodiesel requirements” due to how the conversation went although initially I thought he meant “NASDAQ requirements” for not being met.

The biodiesel plant/company that BLDV has acquired meets all of those regulatory standards and requirements that were created due to what was discovered in Iowa from what I can recall now. He said that BLDV biodiesel plant will give this OTCBB stock the proper assets to go back to immediately meeting all of the NASDAQ requirements. I discussed the NASDAQ requirements to him in detail and he stated again that “ALL” NASDAQ requirements would be met.

I think many of the other biodiesel plants don't meet such "biodiesel requirements" which give ours a huge advantage. He stressed that many other biodiesel plants are not up to par as compared to how BLDV will be from the many new requirements and changes coming about in the Industry from what had transpired in Iowa. I'll get a little more details as he still has not returned my call this time. Heck, I don't know why I couldn't find what you posted earlier, but thanks again for posting it.
