My take on the audit is this.

HCPC has agreed to be audited by an investor to qualify for their funding of the final portion of the loan.

Funding for $672M loan on or before May 30.

Audit to be completed by May 30.

If the investor is paying for the audit then they would have inside reporting of how the audit is going.

If the audit numbers are what they are hoping they would have the opportunity to buy up cheap shares at their discretion.

IMO that could be all the buys and unusual trading lately.
