When I didn't receive a call back from Mr. Canouse...I emailed him last night...I got an email response this morning..these are his exact words..
"Thank you for your comments. We hope to file our information statement today 4/23 that will out line the terms. The 8k we filed details the share issuance. After a 1 for 2 split JPCI will have approximately 13mm shares. We will then issue and additional 89mm NEW shares to Componus.

We have looked at a good number of opportunities and we are very excited as well to be a part of this."
