Hi Bruce in response to your PM, all I'll tell you is keep refreshing the sec.gov site, and then will talk, read it slowly, people here don't realize the extent of the news that are about to unfold in terms of debt elimination and how far this people have invested, is not only the Barnet Shale deal, is a lot more than that, and the work they been quietly doing restructuring the whole company starting with the board of Directors, is amazing.

I have done extensive DD on every aspect of the company and I am so impressed, and I know the next pieces of news we hear will definitively shake the PPS WAY UP and fast, remember at one point the PPS was over $2, and that will happen again within the next 12 months, I'll be sharing more as soon as I have everything ready with my friend from Texas.

And yes Cornell debt is being erased/eliminated this week, the company hired a firm just to put all filing and accounting in order, and it paid off big time. Just my 2 cents. Have a great day. EOM.
