Ok I talked to IGNIS Attorney and he confirmed the errors on the filings that have been amended and filed (look for a Q/A on the sec.gov site anytime) about Cornells debt, guys/gals this is great, I believe that is what brought this stock down, and has been holding it down, for his tone I feel news should be around the corner, load it up, the Attorney's name is Scott Bartel, and his tel. 916-930-2513, he gave me that info because they already filed it, but could not get any other info we want to know about, almost but not (I wish), LOL, I asked him about the buyout/merger, and other questions I had, but he said the company is working on some things and he could not comment on it, so there we go amigos, I see this stock will make us very happy in the very near future. Have a good one everyone. If you call all you are going to get are the same words as per the Attorney.
