Freedom1, with that IGPG info...

Thanks for posting. I must explain that just recently I spoke to a friend that lives right on top of the Barnett Shale Formation there in Ft. Worth, TX.

He told me that the land there is appreciating in huge leaps and bounds. He told me that his friend had spent $1 million for 9 acres and sold them for $11 million in less than a year. That's a 10 times appreciation value that was affixed to those acres.

With IGPG, if they had bought land that was valued at $18,450,000 from what they spent back in 2006, it is probably a definite consideration that the appreciation value in this property has probably increased way more than 10 fold.

That's at least a $184,500,000 million that could probably be affixed as the new value from appreciation from the way I see it.

That's only one portion of property owned that IGPG has. That piece of property from the way I see it, gives IGPG a market cap of...

184,500,000 ÷ 89,144,553 (OS) = $2.07 per share

So I guess logically speaking, if IGPG was going to be bought out, it could be debated to be worth $2.07 per share as a discounted price. Now, that’s really not a lot to spend from many of the multi-billion dollar companies that are already there in the Barnett Shale area.

I say this because my friend also told me how Chesapeake (NYSE:CHK) just bought the Piere 1 Imports Skyscraper a week or two ago for $104 million. He said that they are growing and expanding so fast in the Barnett Shale area that they are moving their people from Oklahoma to Ft Worth, TX. He said that the Pier1 Import workers will take the 1st floor and that their Barnett Shale personnel will take the next 7 floors above.

My friend told me that there are major market companies there all over the place in Ft. Worth for Barnett Shale and that all of them has pumped over $8 billion into the Ft Worth economy last year. IGPG is another stock that I think will be much bigger than the current price once the dust begin to clear.

I am still expecting a phone call from the company anytime now.

Also, I see at the bottom of your post that W. B. Osborn Oil & Gas Operations is a private San Antonio, Texas based company. Hmmmm, guess what? I live right here in San Antonio, TX. Heck, maybe I’ll get lost and find my way over there tomorrow, if not today, and report back what I discover.
