They are promoters, not sure why it is listed as IR but it’s not a big deal really.
If you would like to share with the board, promotion and IR are two different things.
Promotion can be done by way of newsletters, cold calling and opt-in emails lists. It is also done to inject liquidity into a stock to keep it trading. Promotion is about as normal on the OTC as beer is at a football game. I’m not sure why folks are so upset about it.
Just give you an example this is just one popular promotion newsletter www.qualitystocks.net and look at all the promotion they do. Without promotion many of these stocks would never be known or have enough liquidity to attract traders.
The fact is it was paid in cash not shares which means more than likely 4-5 times that amount was injected back into the company as liquidity. Remember those days the stock traded over $350K a day in liquidity?
