Ooohu (& All), the ECCI/CHK possibly too...

Yesterday a long time friend called me up to ask me a few questions about another stock that we were in years ago. I can tell that I think he thought I was still in Iraq (or just getting back) as he wished he would have bought ECCI instead of more of that other stock after our discussion. Heck, I wish we could have spoken earlier too.

Well, this particular friend of mine lives right there in Ft. Worth. I could not believe the perfect timing of him calling me.

I asked him if he knew anything about the Barnett Shale area there in Ft. Worth. He got very excited and yes, no doubt he knew much. He said that he lives on top of it. He said that there is a lot of activity going on there where major companies are spending not millions, but billions and billions of dollars in the Barnett Shale area in Ft. Worth, TX.

He said that a friend of his bought 9 acres for $1 million and then turned right around and sold it for $11 million in less than a year. He said he missed out on getting any of those acres that were up for sale by two weeks.

He then told me that Chesapeake (CHK:NYSE) just bought the Piere 1 Imports Skyscraper last week for $104 million and they are moving their people from Oklahoma to Ft Worth. He said that the Pier1 Import workers will take the 1st floor and the Barnett Shale people will take the next 7 floors above.

He said that $1m was given to the United Way to show that they support charity. My friend told me that the major companies that’s there in Ft. Worth for Barnett Shale has pumped over $8 billion into the Ft Worth economy last year.

I researched the CHK Income Statement and it was not far off from that $7.9 Billion made for 2007. I think it was for $7.8 Billion and plus they are located in OK too. Only digging trying to get some early DD confirmed. So far, DVN was the exact match from doing my DD, but from what ECCI brings to the table, I think all of those major market companies/stocks will need the use of ECCI’s patented service. Some of them won’t be able to make billions of dollars without ECCI doing what they do first.
