$TRAN: re DOW Theory confirms "3/17 double bottom" as $TRAN was leading.

Meaning, buy dips as $TRAN confirmed the recent move.
Since the 3/17 double bottom test, higher volume came in with upside price actions.
The resistance HOD today is reattempting a pivotal break above to finish higher/high. Will see how the day ends. :)
