What to Expect Monday Morning? 3/31
1. How much Revenue to expect for DRG in Q4 '07?
I'm hoping that revenue will be over $20 Million for the year...so that will require at least $7.3 Million in revenue for the quarter. (see table below) This would be a 53% increase over Q4 2006. I would love to see an upward surprise even from this point in Revenue....Let's say maybe $8 or 9 Million.
2. Will there be Net Income/black ink for Q4 '07?
I had been quite confident that this would be the case. However, it is possible that with product development/acquisition costs, etc. that they weren't able to do it. Most important will be revenue generation and growth. Net income will come. I think black ink is still possible. In Q3 07 we lost $22K. In Q4 we had better revenues...with Riddex and Legends doing well, I expect these had decent margins. We'll see.
3. What will we hear for 2008 Guidance?
I don't know how far out they will project future revenue...but by now they should have a pretty good grasp on their Q1 '08 revenues. We should hear something along these lines. We know their revenue was over $4 Million in January alone (which almost totaled their entire Q1 '07 of $4.3 Million). One would hope that with that sort of January we would see two to three times that for the first quarter. It would be nice to have some statement about current or future profitability.
Also, their website homepage has placed projections for Fiscal 2008 between $50 and 70 Million....If they can show that they are on track or expect to reach these levels profitably...I think our shares are as good or better than money in the bank. (Though I might add one wouldn't think so from the way the stock has been trading lately.)
I can't wait to read the Monday AM press release and the 10K Filing. Is anyone else anxious for the weekend to be over and for Monday AM to arrive! :)
