I bought this way back a few years starting at $1.25 per share. Back then their claim to fame was that they were the only Louisiana company with some type of permit to dispose of processed water. I had a good friend in the company telling me about their great prospects. Over the last few years they let most of their employees go (including him) but continued to hold on to the patents and the technology that made them unique. I have heard stories about how they just about sold their electrocoagulation units to Cintas for cleaning the water they use for processing all of their uniforms... how they did studies with Texas A&M to study the feasibility of processing the waste from dairy farms... etc. They were very close to busting out several times, however they couldn't close the deal. Then they got their facility set up in Cameron, LA and they were going to process the waste water from the off shore rigs in the Louisiana gulf. This would have been a big money maker but then Katrina hit blowing away everything in Cameron, LA. including their facility. Their problem has always been that their CEO (Royis Ward) has his hand in alot of pots (See Tidewater, symbol TIDE for an example of another company run by him). He and his son are not the best at selling their technology and then along the way they attempted to bring in some sales people. Long story short they got something going in England but it doesn't appear to be a big money maker. I have always believed they needed a bigger US presence to make this company go. The problem in England was shipping the units over there and then attempting to assemble them there. It was a pretty big mess. I have seen their units work and the Electrocoagulation (SP?) units are truly amazing technologhy. They remove all solids, metals and turn waste water into potable drinking water. With all of the water shortages you read about these days you can see how this technology can be a gold mine. As with all penny stocks you have either a great sales person with a bad product or a great product with a bad sales person. This company is the latter. They have the necessary product and maybe this Barnett Shale thing is exactly the thing that could propel this stock. I have see postings of people wanting to get to .02 or .05. My avg. PPS is about .12 so I have a long way to go. However this is the right technology at the right time. I see no reason why, if done correctly, this couldn't be a very large viable company. We shall see. Thought I would post my experince with this stock so far. Good luck to all.
