so, what does that chart tell ya? the govt. came in with a couple rescue attempts and John Q Public says, " Oh christ! things must really be that bad, I AIN'T BUYING ANY AMERICAN DEBT UNLESS ITS BACKED BY UNCLE SAM!!" This is horrible news. (JMHO) CHUBBIE
