A $2 "buyout" is a complete fraud move.
Amazing that this deal is supposed to fly.

It is IDENTICAL TO ENRON...Only ON PURPOSE.

If it wouldve dropped to 2/share investors coulda flipped out or in this 10x's on friday. But this coverup/weekend move is completely bogus.

This will affect many indeed.
