"Opinion letters?" Yes, I wrote a couple for companies with the CEO's written direction - of course, completely within the boundaries of the law.

Oh my! I'd certainly like to see those. Since All*n has demonstrated his total cluelessness regarding penny stocks--or any other kind of stocks--how would he know what was "within the boundaries of the law".

And who's the "client" to which he refers? Chris Jensen? We know that All*n represented him at at least one deposition taken in connection with the CMKX case.
