such as this:

REPOST: EMAIL UPDATE ON THE TIME'ING ~ :

Jason –

1) We finalize the deal on the financing. We are 99% there on this and expect to finish this within the next couple of days. This will be close to a 100 million deal, so it is a pretty significant milestone for us.
2) We finalize the definitive documentation/agreement to purchase the Berlin facility. I expect this will happen within the next two weeks.
3) We close the deal, which will happen as soon as we finish items 1 and 2 and finalize the documents.

At the closing the deal we will initially draw down about 10% of the financing to pay for the acquisition and to fund the development of the project until we receive all of our permits. This will take about 9 – 11 months. The state of NH has a maximum amount of time (270 days) for this for renewable energy facilities (see senate bill 140). Once we get to this point we start drawing down the balance of the financing to construct the project.

We are currently targeting 12-1-09 start-up.

Regards,

Mike
