.<font color=red>**AMAZING AMHD FINDING**
Alright guys I want to share some personal DD I have dug up on AMHD ... BTW I bought up a fair amount of shares today after finding what I found!

Let's start with some excerpts which got my DD starting from BioDiesel Magazine Article:

Emerging Opportunities on Uncharted Grounds
(http://www.biodieselmagazine.com/article.jsp?article_id=2007&q=Amelot&page=2)
By Bryan Sims

1) …the country (Costa Rica) can use the models developed by others to position itself as a viable competitor within the global biodiesel market.

2) …Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala are considered to be the best equipped to expand their biodiesel production, based on their current production capabilities, the organization of their ag industries and their governments’ ability to recognize the importance of biofuels and to legislate accordingly. …

3) …Costa Rica intends to be carbon neutral by 2021 and to displace 25 percent of the oil it imports with renewable sources by 2010. …

4) … Pan-Am partnered with Amelot because of its expertise in foreign relations and forestry management.

5) …Amelot Holdings has exclusive rights to all of the oil produced by the plantation and its initial plans are to sell it to domestic refiners in Costa Rica, according to Black. …

6) By Mid-2008 they we will be able to deliver 3,000,000 gallons of CJO(Crude Jatropha Oil)

Let me start with:

The need for BioDiesel in Costa Rica

The local governments from Central and Latin America met at the:

II LATIN AMERICAN AND THE CARIBBEAN BIOFUELS SEMINAR
SAN SALVADOR, EL SALVADOR
SEPTEMBER 26-28, 2007
(http://www.olade.org.ec/biocombustibles/indexEn.html)

The following presentation was given as Costa Rica’s path to foreign oil independence: http://www.olade.org.ec/biocombustibles/Documents/ponencias/d%EDa2/Sesion8%20-%20Dia%202%20(2da%20parte)/IleanaHarrison.pdf

On page 6 we find:
In September 2006, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Environment and Energy of Costa Rica established a unified National Commission on Biofuels (Comisión Nacional de Biocombustibles) under Decree No. 33357.62

Under Decree No. 33357, the commission is composed of representatives from various ministries and other public and private institutions involved in the production of biofuels. It is responsible for proposing an action plan containing strategies over the short and long term to encourage the use of biofuels in Costa Rica in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and Energy and the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. The commission is also mandated to carry out monitoring activities. Finally, it is responsible for proposing any reforms needed to ensure an appropriate legal framework to promote biofuels in the country.

August 2007: Milestone in Costa Rica ... they finally have a plan to carry out biofuel IMPLEMENTATION via the ONLY nationalized oil company RECOPE. Here is a diagram on the implementation process(page 35) ~ I have marked where AMHD (PAN AM FUELS) fits in this model:

RECOPE is Costa Rica’s ONLY OIL and GAS provider, currently they import 100% of their oil from Venezuela.

RECOPE DEAL WITH PAN AM FUELS

I called RECOPE (www.recope.go.cr) Costa Rica, spoke with Manuel Gutierrez from their Business Development Department. Starting in a couple of months they will be purchasing Crude BioDiesel Oil from 3rd parties to introduce into the Costa Rican market as marked in the Costa Rican National Decree (No. 33357.62)

I asked for a list of providers, guess who was on their LIST!

(AKA)

PAN AM BIOFUELS … (AMHD) will be providing CJO, (Jatropha Oil) to the country’s ONLY OIL company (RECOPE) in Costa Rica – it would be like selling the oil to Chevron or Shell in the United States!

This all coincides with the article found in BioDiesel Magazine.

So from all of this confirmation let’s get to the numbers:

-Mid-2008 they will be producing 3,000,000 gallons of crude jatropha oil.

3,000,000 gallons * 3,3 liters/gallon = 9,900,000 liters of CJO

RECOPE representative said they will be paying around $0.75 dollars or maybe even more for 1 liter
9,900,000 liters of CJO * $0.75 dollars/liter = $7,425,000

BINGO!! ~ CONFIRMS AMHDs PROJECTION FROM LAST PR…

It gets even better ~ I spoke with Pan Am BioFuels: By the end of 2008 they will be able to produce up to 5,000,000 gallons of grude Jatropha Oil with their plantations:

15,000,000 liters of CJO * $0.75 dollars/liter = $11,250,000 !!

This is ONLY from their existing Costa Rica site … if we read the last PR very carefully the company plans on revenue from:

* Consulting fees for proposed and new Jatropha plantations
* Cloning technology for the production of superior Jatropha seeds
* Exclusive distribution rights of a new, superior extraction process
* Sale of Jatropha seeds
* Sale of Jatropha seedlings

THIS DD IS ONLY FROM OIL EXTRACTION !!!

They are EXPANDING … Costa Rica is only the beginning … they believe that if they are able to produce what they think they can produce we may be looking at over 10,000,000 gallons for DOMESTIC (RECOPE) & INTERNATIONAL export from Costa Rica.

10,000,000 * 3.3 = 33,000,000 LITERS
33,000,000 LITERS * 0.75 = $24,750,000 in the next 1-2 years! JUST FROM JATROPHA PLANTATIONS

WE ARE CURRENTLY VERY UNDERVALUED!!!
