We are completing our 10K filing with our Audited Financials for 2007 which we plan to release at the end of March.



We are working to complete a number of developments to announce in the weeks ahead also.



Our legal team is handling the action against us. The CellCyte team continues to work to move the technology ahead while we wait for an outcome.
