You may be right, but the bleakness of the information makes one wonder why on earth anyone would desire to acquire this corporate carcass, or how such an acquisition could be spun as positive by either party. Since the President is said to have severed his affiliation in December and no new slate of officers has been filed in Nevada, it also causes one to wonder who's in charge and who prepared and disseminated this information. Presumable, Brandon Toth?

Possibly, this information was merely disseminated as a way for Marconette and others to publicly wash their hands of Titan, since they are now involved in other ventures which could be tainted by all the unfinished business with Titan.

Finally, I can't refrain from noting that all the posts I have made over the last year about the fictitious Bulldog "settlement", the fictitious Eberle "hook-up", and the other matters covered (or not covered--Kern County, anyone?) in the press release have been dead accurate, while the denials they drew from some others here were dead wrong.
