Sylvrewynde, actually, in being technical about it….

Let’s get one thing straight. Let’s not turn this into the battle of the minds because I would probably lose (LOL)!

I am fully aware of your comments and I mean no ill will, but let me further clarify my thoughts for a better understanding of my intent and reasons why I posted it as such.

I explained these thoughts years ago and I guess I’m about due to explain such again. First, consider it my error for not making such clearer and assuming you were part of previous dialogues in the past on this topic over the years. To make sure we are on the same page, I think we both understand below…

Net Income ÷ Outstanding Shares (OS) = Earnings Per Share (EPS)

Net Income is derived by…

Net Income = Revenues – Expenses (including Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization)

When I post a “potential” valuation on a stock, I use the word “Income” to mean “Net Income” and I automatically figure into the Expense the “Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization” to keep the calculation simple in trying to stick to the KISS principle. It would be too much to include as variables to further deduce an mount that is already speculative in nature.

Example: For this post, I figured that the “Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization” are already accounted for whatever they might be in the amount for Expenses.

My posts have my own personal touch to them for my reasons of thinking I’m making them easier to understand. What I will do for now on, is to make sure I elaborate a bit more on such to make sure people don’t misinterpret what it is I am saying for delivering the “potential” that exists in the stock.

Still, in my eyes, my thoughts still stand as for the ”potential” in ADCS if they execute their business plan as I had explained it earlier from what they have revealed to the public thus far to derive from. Just consider “Income” and “Net Income” synonymous for the same for that post as Net Income is what I was truly referring to. For future posts, sometime if you see me use Profit synonymous as Income as I have done before in the past too, then please know that I would also mean for Profit to mean Net Income.
