Your Brother is down here with me. I understand that he is going to start legal action against Tracy Bowden for not paying him for services that were rendered over a year ago. According to capted it had to do with Tracy calling him up and asking him to help him put the deal together with the CEO of DPBM for the DR. I heard that your brother flew to the DR and met with Tracy and the CEO over a 2 day period and the contract was signed between Tracy and DPBM.

My point is this. Who can you trust in this business?Apparently not Tracy. He gets $300 K from DPBM, plus a rental of his boat for $3K a day and he won't even live up to his agreements. I guess another law suit is coming. Now I don't know who to Trust in this business ? ( Other then your brother).
