Basser...the third party is a promoter who then paid out to doubling stocks. The company has most likely paid out a ton of shares to have the stock pumped.

Having said that, again my point is to be careful. Pumps don't stay up forever. It will retrace eventually. Last year they paid many millions of shares to promoters around the time that Clint had his interview on CNBC. That was a long term promo that made lots of folks big cash...and many more folks lost mucho denero by riding it down thinking that all the BS PR's were factual and that it would go into pennyland. You must remember on a pump that both the company and the promoter are selling shares...which is why pumps fall so hard once the promoter ceases his efforts.

Just don't get caught in the prop wash...
