I agree that the company lacks sophistication in the areas that you mentioned. At one time it bothered me, but I think the more shareholders complained, the more it urged management to enter into temporary bandaids which after removal found that the wound was still there. I believe the staff report is the most important event in the history of the company. I believe the best of our engineering staff and in house legal staff should be working 24/7 right now to insure that our outside litigators have all of the facts, good and bad, on all aspects of the case. This should be the number one priority until completion.

This company has been fighting the wireless cabals for many years and has only been chipping away at their front suucessfully for a few years. When you become accustomed to operating in a survival mode, you just operate differently. It took 10 years for the company to speak after the devastating loss to Mot. They have some recent temporary success and have tried to help shareholders with buybacks, but they are still in a fight for life with the biggest and toughest companies in the wireless sector. Insider purchases is not the answer now. It is all about winning and demonstrating that they can attain the goals set out in their business plan. This will do far more for the shareholder than some inside buying.

Now is not the time for criticising the worker bees. Now is the time to feed them honey if your investment is long term. Believe me it would help me now that I have stepped to the option window for the first time, but I recognize that an adverse position by the ITC staff will hurt me a lot more than a lack of insider buying. Three weeks goes fast at my age and hope that we will all be happy at the end of the petiod.
