Ed Mires has been a "special adviser" in SGLS and received SGLS shares as compensation from time to time in the past.

On the other HAND Steve Carnes has also been a "special Adviser" for Ed Mires in his OTCBB company GRMU and received shares as compensation from time to time.. When your a "Special Adviser" One hand does wash the other hand you know?

It does smell a little funny that both of these guys are such great consultants and Special advisers yet they need the services of each other to advise and pay each other shares in each others companies via S8 shares..

Pretty special arrangement don't you think!!!LOLOL

you need to read the SEC filings of both SGLS and GRMU to further aquaint yourself with the Ed Mires/Steve Carnes Special adviser S8 share exchange program TODAY!
