Happy, I just got a call from a friend of mine in NYC who knows someone who knows someone at Manhattan Transfer. I had asked my friend as part of my DD to see if he could get any info.

Here is the skinny:

Manhattan Transfer will NOT give any info out to anyone who calls on a non-reporting company, which I think we all know. HOWEVER, I was able to get this much:

The current O/S for CGGP is 329,000,000, and the float was not given for whatever reason. I guess he felt that breaking company policy on the O/S was enough.

You can put this O/S amount in the Ibox as it is 100% accurate.

The guy at MT was very reticent about giving the info but he got it. HE also said that he spoke to Messalas not long ago but he gave no other info.

At least it's a start.
