Just to recap here, I have posted my conversation with the attorney and my own DD here and drawn some what I think are obvious conclusions.

These are of course my opinions and interpretations. Please do your own DD and feel free to ad, discuss, make calls or whatever to help piece this together.

Personally, I am very excited about TMXU's potential and this investment opportunity.
