Cooper Lee. Mr. Lee is the President and a director of the Company since 1995. Mr. Lee is primarily responsible for our technology development as well as our computer networking infrastructure. Mr. Lee, whose specialty is computer code programming, has developed an advanced computer network infrastructure, which was designed to minimize the human involvement necessary to manage the system and, therefore, allows us to offer communication-networking services at significant lower rates. In 1994 while attending Nicholls State University as a student, Mr. Lee began teaching computer classes and was responsible for maintaining 600 of the school's 1,400 computers.

Prior to going public with TMXU it appears Cooper Lee was Founder and CEO of Binary Tel and planned on taking it public through an IPO, but opted to reverse merge into TMXU shell instead.
To deliver BinaryTel network services investment in three rounds is required. Round one of funding will be from private investors in or around corporate structuring. The first round of funding will require $1 M and be at $5.00 per share. This will fund initial Binarytel network, deliver on primary contracts, fund corporate structuring, and positioning Binarytel for an initial public offering (IPO). Second round funding will be institutional funding of $10 M at a share price of $10. Second round funding will allow for the installation of fifteen chosen countries and a Network Operations Center (NOC). The third round will be IPO and raise the final 50 M required to bring fifty countries to the network. The IPO will be released at a projected amount of $25 releasing 2 M shares of free trading stock.
Binarytel will be a publicly traded company comprised of a five man board with three advisory committees. Positioning, public relations, and audit committees will ensure Binarytel a successful investment and provide a solid future of VoIP calling services
