No, it doesn't. First of all, I don't consider $10-12,000 a "small amount of money", and I certainly will do anything I can to help avoid this happening to someone else contemplating investing in SLJB who comes here or to other message boards where they are being misled by stuckholders about the future potential of this scam company.
I have spoken to the CEO, Steve Sulja, as recently as yesterday, and nothing has changed from the last time I spoke with him: the SLJB Nevada pubco has no customers, no deals, no revenues, no books, nothing. He wants nothing else to do with SLJB Nevada. He is now pursuing individual business ventures, including International Trading, which have absolutely nothing to do with the SLJB Nevada pubco and will not benefit its shareholders.
