Oh geez, no wonder why that sell off and DOMS return to the best ask and the end of the day. Robbing Peter to pay Paul here?
The aggregate principal amount of the three Notes is $584,062.21 which was equal to the aggregate amount of interest owed to the Investors as of December 31, 2007.
The notes regarding mergers are just clauses stating what happens to the convertibles if there ever were to be a merger.
